For this Warranty to be valid, you must:
- Pay the full contract price
- Retain a copy of the original contract
- Contact Prime House Painting within the warranty period
- Make the property accessible to perform the repairs
For this Warranty to be valid, you must:
- Any work that was not performed by Prime House Painting
- Any work where Prime House Painting did not supply the paint and or materials
- Peeling of layers of paint existing prior to the work performed by Prime House Painting
- Damage resulting from chemicals, cleaning products, or abrasive cleaning
- Damaged from vandalism
- Damage due to fire or flood
- Settling or movement
- Extreme weather conditions
- Varnished surfaces
- Surfaces made of, or containing galvanized metal, or rusted metal
- Surfaces that excessive water may damage such as water leaks or sprinklers
- Repairs to horizontal surfaces or any surface that, by its design permits moisture. Surfaces include, but are not limited to decks, railings, stairs, porches, roofs, and gutters
- Exact paint match as environmental conditions will affect the color and finish of all paints over time
- Bleeding caused by knots and cedar
- Cracks in drywall, stucco, plaster, and wood.
